Terms of Service

Last updated: January 2025

1. Services Provided

Pagespaperco offers hand-binding, leather spine restoration, and archival paper preservation for historical records, family scrapbooks, and vintage library archives. All work is performed using traditional, non-destructive techniques and reversible, archival-grade materials. We do not offer digital restoration, scanning, or mass-production services.

2. Client Responsibilities

You confirm that you own the item submitted for restoration or have written authorization from the legal owner. You agree to provide accurate information about the item's condition and provenance. Items must be delivered to our workshop at 6679 Anderson Wall Apt. 087. We are not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed prior treatments or hidden structural weaknesses.

3. Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for any consequential damages, including loss of sentimental value, lost profits, or costs of alternative restoration. We do not guarantee that an item will be returned to its original condition; restoration aims to stabilize and preserve, not to erase age or wear. Claims must be made within 14 days of receiving the completed work.

4. Termination and Cancellation

You may cancel a service order within 48 hours of submission for a full refund. After work has begun, cancellation is subject to a fee covering materials and labor already expended. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if the item poses a health risk, contains prohibited materials, or if the client violates these terms.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify clients of material changes via email to the address on file.

6. Contact

For legal inquiries or questions about these terms, contact us at info@pagespaperco.com or call 022-358-7120.
